Property Condition Assessments

According to ASTM Standard ASTM E2018 – 15, a commercial Property Condition Assessment (PCA) summarizes “the physical condition of real property improvements on a specific parcel of commercial real estate.” Property Condition Assessments are typically completed as part of a property transaction and are often done along with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. 

Unlike most other environmental firms, ECG provides both Property Condition Assessments and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
