  5. Upon project completion, conduct clearance inspection and clearance air samples
  6. Complete report documenting project

Small Project

  1. Conduct walk-through at site
  2. Obtain bid(s)
  3. Monitor project by conducting inspections and collecting air samples
  4. Conduct clearance inspection and testing
  5. Complete report documenting project

For any remaining asbestos materials:
Create an Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Program
This program is designed to:

  • Maintain AACM in good condition
  • Ensure proper cleanup of disturbed asbestos materials
  • Prevent further disturbances of asbestos materials
  • Monitor thee condition of ACM
